Health insurance coverage is less. Recognization of work is bit low. Cab service is less for men.

Hire and Fire methodology. More than a IT professionals in the company, it is a IT labourers' company . No process followed. Good place for freshers to learn on Oracle technologies.

I had the pleasure working at Apps Associates ltd for 8 years 3 months and it was a fantastic experience for me both professional and personally. I don't see much dislikes, but i observed the internal communication was missed.

Regular updates about the company and its finances make your feel positive about its growth. Company is growing fast and it should strive to be that way.

Gurgaon office is nothing but farce. There are only 2-3 clients which have been the case since last 5 years. Gurgaon management is weak and in-effective. Also employees are at the mercy of the clients.

Job Security is good. They will help in all the possible ways if you require any help. Work culture is good. Coming to Management, sometimes they will just listen and will not provide solutions needed. Overall this is good company to start a career so you can new things

Need to give more opportunities and hikes are very poor
