... Management dont know how to behave, talk and they will treat you like a slave. Salary deduction, a common practice for no reason. No company culture, they scold you on floor in front of everyone even if you did not do anything to just satisy their ego that they are the boss. Even they will deduct your half salary if you go washromm for 5 10 mins. And if you ask them why they say these things are can be done in the 1 hour break they provide (lunch). Coming to learnings, no learnings they hire freshers at a salary of 10k and told them after 6 months it will be 22k the probation period. And when the 6 month is about to complete they will fire you and hire new fresher with 10k salary. They also cheat their clients. They never had deliver any of their project. Just faking it out everywhere and also their marketing team post fake reviews just check the name of the person and linkedin it you will find the person who posted the review is their employee and also if you resign forgot about your money they have done this with dozen of people, they say their salary will be paid to them after 45 days and then no salary is paid. Also you might see some of the reviews deleted. This is because when someone post a genuine review they make their whole team to report it. If you dont believe just go and connect with their old employees who are not working there on linkedin and ask them.

Team is growing so I accept there will be certain flaws for sure but i can see management is working on it, its my team and family won't like to highlight anything public

In my 4 years of carrier this the worst company, I have ever work they did not even give me my full and final salary, they deduct their employees salary is they are taking 5 mins of break. They always want you to work after office time even on saturdays. Work culture is very toxic all credit goes to Mr.Shiv the Chatgpt wala CEO.
