Nothing,Management is worst. No policy is in favour of field employees.

Dislikes

There is no hike in the salary even after working for 10 years. They even reduce the salary and other benefits. Long working hours as work locations are in remote areas.

The company with good work environment were we can learn the things. The facility and the responsibilities of employee is taken by the management is awesome with good salary. Management and the teammates are supportive.

The first and most important thing is training is not given for the freshers. So it's difficult to know the things easily. Preference to the freshers is low.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
