I got job security from my superior, I know my way is open and truthful so I get support from my subordinates and my managers .I have proud because i am working a well known company in world wide.

I dont dislike velosi ,If i get good package and good support i will go .I dont bargain my company because when i join i have agreement i will work with this salary ,If it is not enough i looking another one.

1.very late salary, salary day is 1st of each month but they provide sometime 7th,10th of month 2. they will hire you and mobilize at site after 7th, 8th month 3. you need to sit without salary 4. very bad condition for job security

There is no hike in the salary even after working for 10 years. They even reduce the salary and other benefits. Long working hours as work locations are in remote areas.
