Salary and bonus hike is good. Friendly work environment.

Dislikes

Worst Increment cycle delayed by 6 months and why no one knows and delaying every year. Very less medical policy cover limit only 2 Lakhs. No cab facility to employees due to this employees suffers in worst environmental conditions. No lunch/dinner/ breakfast : Employees paying more than 30,000 for meal annually. No scope for leading project even after 3 yrs of working. No outdoor activities.

Great for developing technical knowledge and skills. Good support from the team whenever needed. Good opportunities for professional growth.

Dislikes

Salary structure less than the industry standards with no fuel & food reimbursement and stuck with high food costs at the premises canteen. No leave encashment benefits resulting loss of leaves every year. Delayed and substandard appraisal every year. Work culture needs improvement.

For example, until 2016, there was a component called retention bonus in the CTC, which was suddenly dropped for all employees in 2020 and the CTC was reduced. When a coronavirus lockdown was announced in Maharashtra in March 2020, IDIADA immediately took advantage of the situation to fire 34 of its 124 employees in Pune, and all the rest were given pay cuts. Further, 80% of the employees in CAD and CAE were made part-time employees, with only the managers and their favourites remaining as full time employees. There is a lot of internal politics and regionalism like Maharashtrian group, Kannadiga group.
