All of us know about hired, so here also management hired employees suddenly based upon present situation in Market but they have given some notice period..

Not liking anything this company all are dislike.

Do not join this company no job security do not have projects they will fire you any time if complete more then one years they evaluate performance therefore they will decide giving one month notice period.

Work life balance is good as company dont have much business

Dislikes

There is no job security, you will be fired on very unexpected moment. If you want to know how did colonial rule looked before 1947, join this company you with see the difference in indian, american indian and THE whites.

Over all I can say this is the best place to work from management to company director also best people's. I never ever seen such kind of best company in my life. If I get any future chances I will definately join this company.

There is zero micro management with no manager on top of you. Probably the only company I worked where everyone write code including managers. They provide good hike and the work life balance is good in most of the projects. They were providing WFH even before covid. They have flexible working hours.

Some projects are legacy and less job security.
