The one thing I liked is the way the senior teaches you new things . the support they give when you were beginner.

Dislikes

There are multiple things like: 1. They cutt offer some important holidays this year 2. They will give you intense pressure unless the task is completed 3. They extend their increment according to their convenience 4. No as such work life balance

Nothing worst company no work life balance and all the blame for delay will be on you if u are new there i request everyone please don't join there are other companies good but don't waste your time here they will make u work late night without any benefit and if u don't work they will blame u for the delay in project. You will not gain any knowledge there they will make u work on projects that language u don't know only and later blame u for delay and all so please don't even go for the interview waste of time this company should be closed they think employee are machine they can work 14 16 hours daily and even they make u work on weeknd and also they will call u during sleep to work and don't even give leave worst company ever . please don't go there let this company closed for greater good .

They put terrible pressure over, you get to work under pressure

Dislikes

They force you to work on weekends without any comp off and make you work overtime with out any benefit and later after some senior comments that don't take leverage of notice period after working on weekends and late night

Good for learning and working in a fast paced environment

Dislikes

HR's are very arrogant and rude , they make new policies every month and do whatever they like , HR and other sr staff members do work from home and they come late but same thing is not applicable to other employees,they cut salary for that

Lot of exposure to new technologies . Culture is very good. Friendly atmosphere

Dislikes

Work in haste at times but you get to learn alot. Strict work timings recently included. Previously flexible time , dress code policy is a burden recently included . Should not include changes in between ongoing project which lead to in due issue and project timeline increases .
