As QA Engineer it was not that I need to only work on QA stuff but got opportunities to explore other domains such as AWS, DB, different launguage,documentation , POC etc.......

Promotions and salary increment is super bad, I'm working here since last 3 years and my experience related to Promotion and increment is pathetic.

It has the best work culture anyone could ever expect for. No micro-management, No compulsion on working hours, Full freedom. I bet you will continously learn new things which we can never expect that we could actually do this. The founders and other employees make sure you feel like home while working here. Also they make sure you are paid well as per the industry standard and completely justifying your capabilities as well. Multiple events are consistently being organized by the HRs to maintain the interaction due to which everyone can relax and take a break from work. No work pressure involved and everyone performs well because the love what they do and not just as a duty. I can guarantee that the thought of resigning would never strike your mind while working at AAIC. The company policies and many other things are formulated in such a good manner that I always feel overwhelmed and I say to myself that 'Why cant all companies do the same'. Then working would be such a pleasure that we would not need to find work-life balance. I fully and blindly recommend that AAIC is the best place to start and excel your career.

Until now, I havent felt anything that I would like to change about AAIC. Everything is just perfect-fit.

AAIC is one of the fastest-growing companies. The work culture is incredible in the sense that here you won't find toxicity and unhealthy hierarchy. Meanwhile, the company fully covers medical insurance for all the employees and their families. There is no place for politics and everything is transparent between the management and employees. No micromanagement and currently AAIC is offering a remote working opportunity to everyone with decent WFH infrastructure.

Dislikes

Nothing as of now. The company should organize more team-building activities to make work fun.
