Pls no one join this company. They wl first hire u and aftr 4-5month they wl not afford ur salary and expenses. Work culture is very bad. Thats the reason after more then 20 yrs company still struggling in 1 cr business/month. President is worst in comp. Owner has no idea about mkt trends. They need business from 1st month only. Terrible experience.

...ich makes our (Field sales officer) job easier. 2. Company culture is good. 3. Salary is on time. 4. Sales pressure is there (It's obvious cause you're working in sales.) but still it feels like you're working freely, no harsh pressure. 5. Management is really good but still there's a understanding gap between TM/FSO and managers.

Dislikes

1. Poor sales strategies. 2. Your views ain't valued. 3. Product wise it has good reputation in field but it has less credibility due to poor employee retention. 4. Poor, very poor increment process. 5. Probation period is way to long (It's 1 Year). 6. Individual sitting on higher chairs ain't working their work as they should do (These are my personal thoughts because Company has great products, has working for more than 20 Years, still not able to hit optimum figures).

Employees who leave apple are often taken back bcz they understand and realise the value system of apple after working in other organisations.
