Where i work is in dahej plant and the Work Atmosphere is good becoz some people were good i got freedom of work i got a chance to learn very closely some things..(Company provided accommodation).

Dislikes

Pathetic salary structure, You have to cry infront of them just to ask about a salary raise and it in also everytime we used to hear there is no Production in our plant then how can someone give salary and all that..No fixed timing, No motivation and activities...and so onn.

Work culture is good. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .on the job training is not given to new joiners.

No salary increments, fake promises just to dump work, no proper terms regarding salary date and hike. Plant head has no knowledge in anything . Very toxic work environment. Worst company to work

No growth in knowledge wise as well has salary wise. No proper increment basically no increments at all.. poor management
