They are speaking good while joining but after joining the attitude will be change in this organisation.

Everything after given yearly increment they give one condition to stay with us for minimum 6th month and then I resign after 3 month and given notice period of 3 months they not accept this and tell me after 6th month you are eligible for given notice period. So if you take increament you need to work for 9 months.
