Management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow . there is a bound of 2 year before with you connot resign .on the job training is not given to new joinees

No job security ,worst management ,work culture is very very bad always play double game which was unsecured for employees lot of politices played by uneducated and old employees

Dislikes

Mostly I dislike in company are literally no growth for freshers and u can't carry u r experience for other company for future growth which were not accepted by other company
