I like the fact that they are very capable of manipulating youth in ruining their initial days of career.

Dislikes

They make young minds learn unethical ways to sell. There is no balance of work and personal life. Freshers do door to door sales till late at night with one week off which is also wasted in team meetings and forced outings.

a great place to work and learn and earn. All of it at the same time. people are amazing and very helpful, proper training is given to the new joiners, Job security is not a concern at all. Income and payouts are nice and performance based. lot of travelling is included every month for a whole week in a completely new city, but yes, it is optional at the same time. Politics is something which will always be there in any organization, you should be good at your place and help everyone, politics is hardly there. Learning opportunity is very high. You will learn a lot of things with proper training.
