...Occassion traveling. Job is safe. Cash rich company. Not a lot of work pressure. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Company has very old senior people. No ERP system or any other software you will definately learn if you join a big company. Company still prefers paper filing and human memory. Opportunity to learn is as limited as much as in other companies. No boss teaches you. You have to introduce your own ideas. No health insurance, PF etc. company takes one month salary as security. No interest is paid. Returns if you leave on a one month notice.

Lala company... Young management is very misbehave in manner... They not know how to talk to employee... office in time is countable but out time is not countable.... management always support camcha employees

It's only good thing is the location. But the condition of the building makes it worst.

MD-Mother, Editor-in-chief-Father CEO-son HR-daughter A typical lala company with little regards for employees. Attrition rate is very very high because of the deep suspicion they have for employees. They think they only work and are intelligent, and the rest is lazy and out there to pilfer. No person with self-esteem can survive. No room for creativity. People come for a month or two and leave.

They give the pressure to do the work from morning 10Am to night 11pm. Here is not fixed time. There is poor management and they don't understand the employees. Poor work life balance.

Office is set up in a house. Poor working conditions unhygienic and depressing. Family run business with rude, intolerable, ill-mannered and obnoxious higher management. Internal politics and unwillingness towards growth and adaptability. Would never recommend to anyone.
