Apparel group did good care during the pandemic. In The beginning of lockdown also they didn’t deduct the salary. Infect they paid some money in advance in mid of the month. We were getting all the information about how to be safe in Covid and the guideline as well.

Being promoted and taking all responsibility without having an increase of salary, working so hard but not appreciated...

Politics and nobody supports you when you are fighting for your rights during work, people who don't no how to do SOP's they are becoming managers, management failed in this, there is no respect even if you are senior, who is backbiting and gossips with manager they Wil become Assistant managers, and there is no salary increment

Attractive salary, but no use of it because they don't provide a working atmosphere where you can really enjoy work.

Worst work culture, no equality between people. Do not put your career in a circus. They don't trust in the fact that an employee can be a great asset to company. They believe in hiring and firing people.

Everything, they not increased salary in India. For Ahmedabad employees they just treated as job worker. Working is very bad from past 4-5 years books of accounts are terrible. Mostly in uae accounts.
