Everything, they not increased salary in India. For Ahmedabad employees they just treated as job worker. Working is very bad from past 4-5 years books of accounts are terrible. Mostly in uae accounts.

Apparel group did good care during the pandemic. In The beginning of lockdown also they didn’t deduct the salary. Infect they paid some money in advance in mid of the month. We were getting all the information about how to be safe in Covid and the guideline as well.

Apparel gave a lot of trainings which can help an employee to grow.. and gives additional knowledge about the job..

Being promoted and taking all responsibility without having an increase of salary, working so hard but not appreciated...

Politics and nobody supports you when you are fighting for your rights during work, people who don't no how to do SOP's they are becoming managers, management failed in this, there is no respect even if you are senior, who is backbiting and gossips with manager they Wil become Assistant managers, and there is no salary increment
