New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Dislikes

Everything, they not increased salary in India. For Ahmedabad employees they just treated as job worker. Working is very bad from past 4-5 years books of accounts are terrible. Mostly in uae accounts.

They give quarterly lunch. Time to we get Salary.

Dislikes

Company have budget. But they didn't provide increments. And the gujarati community peoples are doing more politics department wise persons name Dhara gandhi, anudeep patwari, nemish kamdhar, vinay kotecha, jignesh maheria.

Dislikes

... Appraisal mail receive in January but effect comes in July without any arrears. And salary hike is not more than 6-7%. Managers sitting in India don't have any authority they just depends on Dubai management team for any cost related things. HR does nothing. Notice period is 2 months even if you are an executive level employee and don't have by out option. Nothing to learn.
