Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

In my work area politics is played we are 3 staff members my seniors are not that much supportive both my seniors work together asa team but they pressure me to work accordingly to them i am doing my working according yo company rules but they want ghat I should work accordingly to them and they are trying that how they plan that i will leave the company by my self . They gorce me to make wrong medical data so that they can use the medicine for their personal use not for the patients so i request the company to take action about this .

Yes because the infector is advanced and online, whatever needs to be done today and if any problem occurs then also it and everybody are ready to find a solution to the problem

The salary that is given is fine in some departments but it does not depend on the department, how much study you have done and more

The worst work culture you can find somewhere that is in Apollo. Managers doesn't behave like managers, but housekeeping staffs. The housekeeping staffs are more responsible, well behaved, organized than the managers, HR, or ops team & training. Training dept needs training itself. Managers needs to be managed. And the culture of work seems to be more like a club house than a office. Company is too horrible, there is nothing to like anything.
