The top management was good whilst recruiting as well whenever the reviews were conducted. Upon reaching the workplace, at Chennai, it was worst. Initially the reporting manager behaved decent till 15 days. Then the manipulation work started. Informing my direct reporting staff, not to share information regarding the work, the established processes and the shortfalls, lacunas discussed. Always, spoke bad, about me to the low level staff. Was always interfering into my works, wherein the reporting manager had no role at all in the daily operations. Always, called and threatened, abused, sometimes irrelevant shoutings were given in the daily reporting times.

...e information. Work Environment was ruffled, spoiled the same reporting manager. As such the low level staff were also demotivated, due to lack of training, very low salaries. Politics was the worst, at it's sheer peak. A typical tamil vs non-tamil was predominant in every aspect, that came on a daily basis.

It provides purely a suitable environment for individual employees and patients. It also give the best advice related to clients problems and provides best facilities to them.

Dislikes

Salary package and some facility members grouping behaviour on their egoistic nature to other staff members of the hospital is rude. Appraisal

I joined as a fresher nursing staff in ward...... I do my work sincerely.... I enjoyed my work so much.... But my incharge always torture me unnecessary he used to take me name that she don't know how to work in front of NS maam...... Then i raise my voice for myself he started putting false allegations on the me nd destroy the my image in front of every one including NS and HR. I came here to learn things but every day he used to torture me.... After this hassment one day he came n said u go to OT department from next day.... I said no I m not going to OT because I appointed here as ward nurse. I went to HR he refuse to help me n said u r too arrogant. Lastly I have to go OT department forcefully. After 2month i rquest hR to change my department she is like u dont know anything i'll not going to change u..... After 1 day i write resignation letter where I gave my resone to leave this job because tht incharge and HR refuse to take my resignation she said write new resignation letter n ask to write I am leaving this job because my personal reason. This is the main thing u always suffer alone in this hospital.
