No Appraisal, no promotion, no motivation for the employees working. Until you are in the top senior management teams, you remain unnoticed and your work won't matter. They just need business to be done perfectly. No scope to grow. Just a few years of experience in your CV.

Proton therapy is the star of this hospital ,as Apollo is always first in innovation in new fields. Hence they introduced proton therapy for the first time in South East Asia region which benefits thousands of patient internationally and nationally. Happy that I worked for a while there.

Dislikes

Every company has its own advantage and disadvantage. Nothing much.
