Apollo pharmacy is one of the largest company in India.company provides all facilities like time to time salary,earn leaves,double payment in national holidays and the best thing is respect to each-other between staffs and company maintaiense all disciplines . management system is overall good .if a problem creat in any branch company management team hear it and sloves quickly in a beautiful way . company teach to staffs how to be prepare with a customer dealing politely say namaste when a customer entering in a Apollo pharmacy and if a person wound in roads we can help them in our ways and company gives a prize to this employee for this helpful works and contribution.

Dislikes

there is a big disadvantage is Career growth is very slow . starting salary is very low.company forcing staff to achivement regular sales rudely and the discount is very low comparing to another medical pharmacies.

Apollo is more about organic growth. They respect the people who stay in the system for long and ensure people stay. Joining Apollo at a young age is a huge opportunity if anyone wants to continue here for a long time.

The salary structure can be a little better. Moreover, all Apollo companies should operate 5 days a week instead of 6 days.

...no gain but here pain is ours gain for company. I wasted time in doing Apollo. I did not took any salary in advance but after resignation the company asking to pay money that too 2 months salary. Too much I did not paid y do I pay other than I did not do mistake. Management is too worst. The man with insial I is too harsh not having any human relations, He only listen to our higher authorities, HR doesn't look what is write and wrong. Totally I advice not to join in this Richest corporate company.

After resignation company is asking to pay 2mnths salary even though I not took a rupee from company and they hold my salary and incentives of 2mnths untill I pay 30k, bloddy hell

Gaining the knowledge regarding the drugs and difference between the brands names and the generic drugs.A good platform to work in apollo pharmacy.A very comfortable timings for girls and is very secured job
