Management is Worst... They donot give salaries on time...we have to work for 20 days of the next month to gain salary of previous month...the Senior Managers have no work ethics...They act as if they own the company and are least bothered for the profits of the company...Managers will support you only if give them good things.

In Apollo we get Many Opportunities to learn in Logistics , Reason is that here the head of department always keep moving every executive from one place to other Field, for example first i came in Apollo i was in Empty Container Operations , after that they transfer me in Export warehouse ,then in import operations in this way learning many thing in Logistics , But to make career its better to select other logistics company

No Sound Salary , No Food ,No House alloy

some sycophants at senior positions influencing decision making . no promotion policy . frequent changes in monetary policies for the benefit of junior cadre employees while all the senior most employees keep taking the benefits as and when they want. no recreation activities. no future expansion plans. no certainty of career progression.
