They are petty thieves who won’t even pay you on time and would run away with your due amount. The most degrading job that any one can have they have no sense of corporate roles People are hired for something else and end up doing clerical jobs after experience

Only like is that the day ends after work which makes you feel happy after working in this shit under the guidance of the master of curse- Mr. Joker who loves to sit in the office only.

... all people come and go in every projects (virtually all doomed). No revenue. Salary is given like peanuts, as if they are lending out of the pocket of Mr. Cashier-Kumar. If you want to make your life hell- Welcome to the Showdown! Cursing is preached daily which makes you feel like a sucker.

Nothing is likable in Engineering project division (EPD) specially Apollo.

...Stressful life - In few months you will start abusing in front of your family. - Late salary every month some time after two months due stands. - No EPF payment done on time - No parity and respect for junior staff. - No planning for any projects - Only trading is the concept projects bagged and giving B2B basis . All about to tell you please please don't joint this hell.

I was recently joined in Engineering and project division ,no proper facility , no salary until RA BILL ,no transportation in site , they ask to go in cycle , fake commitment in accommodation facility ,bad and worst culture ..Etc etc

Apollo tyres and employee facility is tube burst

In this company job security is good because if your project is going t finished they will be transfer in the others projects, work culture is very good ,and also management is very supportive.

Dislikes

compensation is decent but growth is slow, work pressure is high.
