New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

There are no proper increments and salaries,20yrs experience people same salary and newly joined people also they offer same salary ..If anyone having 10 yrs experience outside and coming to join in Apollo,still they consider you in starting level.

...d us.. Please don't join Apollo hospitals. Worst worst work managements and HRs. No increments, no benefit, no levels, very very low salary but very hot touches work and strict.. If you have any doubts what am I saying please enquire MeEK project and arogyakendralu employees.

No growth, there is very less salary increment. Even on PCI my salary is not incremented as it was said by the HR that it will be incremented but it's been 8 months now my salary is not been incremented after giving the PCI certificate
