The working environment is good and gives a decent salary.
Dislikes
They give employment through third party employer. BCS of that people doing the same job don't get the same benifits. Some employees get yearly health checkups, bonus and good increament while others don't.
Teammates or rather colleagues are very friendly and helpful.
Training is at continuous phase as the organisation always keep the employes updated and compassionate.
Job security is 100%.
A person can learn a lot if have the zeal by ownself and even the work_life balance can be maintained properly. Good working environment.
A person have to work hard until he or she becomes old to get the next promotion. Appraisals have no impact and same goes for the salary structure or increment for the staff level until the person is in managerial level. Corporate politics can be learnt better from this place which in other way develops the person to handle such things in the next company. Working area is limited and no innovations are encouraged which in other way helps the person to learn more and bring out the qualities and abilities in him or her for the next company to show and work upon.
Salary and appraisal disappointed me.....I joined as a nursing supervisor on 31000 although I didn't get in salary increament till 2 years .....when I was on resignation period end of the 2 year....I got increament.......big disappointment...

They aren't focusing on improvement of work culture. Still the are following 1980s model. All are manual works. Wasting stationery like anything. Management should concentrate on this.
