I worked in a branch of an Apollo called first med their the working schedule is totally hectic less salary no carrier growth even they will schedule some camps on week offs and you will have frequent night shifts that to for 12 continuos hours and it will take extra one hour to get relieve after giving handover s

No growth, there is very less salary increment. Even on PCI my salary is not incremented as it was said by the HR that it will be incremented but it's been 8 months now my salary is not been incremented after giving the PCI certificate

...their their ESI have to have but supritendent say that hospital paying for you. That is reason I am resigned from there worst hospital also when I resigned increment was not mentioned salary of last year payroll mentioned. That was because Nursing Incharge(Mrs Narayani) not updated properly also not updated Punch attendance.
