...t are very supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The working environment is good and gives a decent salary.

They give employment through third party employer. BCS of that people doing the same job don't get the same benifits. Some employees get yearly health checkups, bonus and good increament while others don't.

Bad treatment of employees by some consultant doctors and some in managerial designations. This happens more with particular targeted employees low in hierarchy. Be more than 10 minutes late for work for more than 3 days, your pay is cut in half, same is true even if you are within 10 minutes late for more than 3 days, even though you stay back and compensate - they don't care (it's company policy).
