I am not hired permanently, we are kept as retainer, who is being paid retainer's fees. Like an OTT Subscription, once you feel to stop using them, just simply stop paying them monthly fees. Hence, you get no perks in working at such place. Either you work for 1 year, or 10 years, your value doesn't change much. Also, the HR people just somehow finds new and innovative ways to deduct amount from your salary, and its just the promises your dues will get settle in next salary. So yeah, just a terrible way to end your career in such corporate life. No heath insurance, No PF. No real Benefits.

Salary, work life balance & job security will be decent.

In Corporate Finance team, pure toxic work culture, apart from politics, you will witness strong demotivation, discouragement and all the other negativity which will hit your peace of mind. It is never advisable to work in that team unless the 10+year old management changes there.

Salary is very less at this point of time it's near about impossible to work with soo less salary .The hostel food is soo poor everytime need to order from outside.

No growth, there is very less salary increment. Even on PCI my salary is not incremented as it was said by the HR that it will be incremented but it's been 8 months now my salary is not been incremented after giving the PCI certificate

Timely payment, learning opportunity from senior consultants. Able to treat patients with the help of required teams of specialties as needed.

Dislikes

Huge politics, low salary, administration is non co operative and desires work only superhumans can do.
