Salary of employee is not confidential.pls provide salary appraisal directly to employees mail idyil. Incharge of the department can see the salary. This iseading to many problem between emoyees who are working in the same department. This may affect the productivity of work or patient care.

It's one of the greatest platforms to learn,improve and develop the clinical skills as a staff nurse as there are lot of patient with wide varieties of disease conditions.

... motivating when there is more respect to everyone without regards of seniority. The salary for all should have a basic as they conveyed while joining to be maintained. The mess at hostel should be as suitable for all staff is much more good, sometimes it focuses only on the majority staff at which location.
