Accounts Dept and it's processes are very slow. It might slower the growth when we are in expansion, salary schedule is excellent.

Higher management is dummy nobody is going to guide you, you have to deal with your new job all by yourself after all the hard work done you will be provided with a meagre benefit which inturn will disappoint you and the sacrifices you made are not worthy for the job as there is no appreciation and no recognition
