Salary is good with high standard office. Free meals. Lots of engagement activity happens. Good structure of recognition.

Dislikes

Lots of things are promoting only on paper but not getting properly implemented. No opportunity horizontally. Hiring manager ask for experience for IJP which is not possible. Company doesn't care about Employee loyalty. Even consistent high performer get sidelined.

1. No skill development 2. Stagnant growth in terms of knowledge 3. No cross training available 4. Promotions are only given to favourite folks and not based on knowledge and efforts

...cess automation can be learnt here since most of the processes are still manual. Starting package is above industry standards so do not expect much growth after few years.

Nothing except for the pay and bonus

Everything, right from the HR to the MD of the company. Especially the US team members who have zero competency but highest levels of skills in framing and naming people

Nothing to like here, even though I was through a third party payroll here. So the salary was okay for me.

Dislikes

Worst company to work for, they harass people in the name of etiquette. They point out very silly reasons to even terminate an employee. Will not recommend anyone to work here.
