The company has nothing which you can like. I used to work in Newtown, Kolkata unit which is under Sanjeevani Health & Lifestyle (SHLPL).

...ekananda Road. Suddenly they will remove from your position without any warning. They give salary late. Due to their wrong rostering your salary or leave will get deducted.

ARROGANT MANAGEMENT, HIGHER MANAGEMENT IS TOTALLY EGOISTIC. INCREMENT BASED IN MOOD OF DIRECTORS. DOSE NOT PROMOTE OLD STAFF.NEW JOINED IS LESS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GET HIGHER SALARY FORM KNOWLEDGEABLE OLD STAFF.

Good work enviroment and culture.Company Policies are good ,appraisals are fair they give good salary.

Thereis alot of politics and the management does not addressour issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

the patients use to come from high class background..most of the pt s liked to communicate in English only so skills practice and soft skill practice was a good thing their.their was a culture of welcoming people with namashkar to all the pts and among the staffs ..............

management was so bad their.and the work env was too tipical .salary structure and working sift time was very uncomfortable(7am to 4 pm)or (12 to 9pm)in winter or rain for women at newtown was very risky .

1. There r no salary hikes even after working for 1yr as a doctor and if at all any one ask they tell it’s not there in the agreement , felt so disappointed as a doctor I go for home visits even after they asked to work for COVID conditions also I did but they disappointed me completely in this issue. 2. As doctors we donno the administrative part ... so that we are unable approach regarding other doctors for reference 3.
