It's too far from main city i.e location issue

Very good work life balance, generally management is very much co operative (There are some exceptional processes where they are not but generally they face high attrition due to the same)

Dislikes

Due to an annual bonus they do not give very good appraisal percentage, it is always below market.

Am very proud to work there and I love my working culture and our company policies is good.

There is only gain for onrole working people and no benefits for offrole employees in Apmt, they get only low salaries..

...sitive-minded people who work endlessly and tirelessly to achieve a common goal. I had a good experience working with APM but they focus their training/skill development on the top management and pay less attention to others who will end up doing the practical aspect of the job. Although the work-life experience was good, carrier growth needs to be looked into.

Dislikes

My 6 years of experience in APM Terminal Apapa do not give you the opportunity to grow a career.
