The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client case.As a result, I get chance to work on export oriented projects which are outsourcing by Aplab to UK based company Philipe Harries.

Compensation is average & growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take back my ability and efficiency during the work. i do receive appreciation verbally from my managers, but they mostly go unnoticed during the end of financial year.Appraisals And upgradion procedure has been stopped from last 8-10 years.that's why their is no growth in the financial status.Their is change in my job profile & responsibility but their is no documentation for the same which is pain .

I am happy to do job in this concern and however I want to develop my skill more,so I am searching senior service engineer/service incharge position in AC to DC power supply manufacturer or SMPS based Powersupply manufacturer in Chennai /Coimbatore.because I want to get more circuit ideas from DC power supply.so please tell me and give me chance to do engineer job in DC Power supply field(In-house service engineer/incharge) with 27000 take home salary per month.i can do 32VDC/30Amps,32v DC/60Amps,32v DC/100Amps power supply servicing and PCB level servicing also . in-house service and field calls also I can attend and give good service oriented activity.

I'll suggest not to join this company as there is no job security, no work life balance. No increment. No growth.. You have to be there on contract with no time limit. You won't get permanent.

I was work in aplab for training of one year .During the training ,l learned a lot of things and the company is great with values and resources and it was great impact including my learning experience.
