a system engineer

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

The people in the company are mixed type, Good, Safe, Clever and Tricky. The Company moves on the name of Shashi Kumar kindness. The payment and benefits are good.

Dislikes

The Management plays Hide and Seek and keep a doubtful watch and blameful for the sake of safe company name. All Chief Executives and old employees are the most untrustiest. To safe their seat they carry sharp on your back and never mind to kick out the opponent. Any day and any time you will be shown way towards the gate. You cannot trust for career life in the company
