Good culture.company staff (chemist) salary was very poor.and plant 1 actual duty time 8 hrs but compulsory 12 , 14 working in production department. Overtime amount 1 hr 50 Rupee's only. I expected overtime time amount 100 rupees.

Company staffs are 20- 35 years experience in one company . Operators not educated.

At apex laboratory I was like to do anylytical works like validation HPLC method uses..then instruments handling like UV and IR and pH meter etc

Work pressure low but company growth level also low..no benefits from our salary ..bcz less salary giving then leave not provided properly..HR not responsible.is low etc

... with personal hygiene free mask , sanitizer, food, transport etc.., providing. lockdown time Apex going to loss but salary and increment , bonus are giving to all employees to satisfied. Apex is good platform to grow our future. Definitely I telling Apex is one of my family like my dad.

I like about working at APEX Laboratories this good company for employees who treats well. They give salary by the 1st of the month. And good quality products.

In this company salary is less and work pressure is high. Sometimes when I was going to work when I will come to my house I don't know. Sometimes I worked on 18 hours a day. I don't have job security. So I was decided to came in IT sector.
