I like to work in this company. I learned a lot from here like how to install and commissioning of equipment. The management always encourage the employees who work honestly and hard work. This type of job is like a challenge but finally we have job satisfaction.

We apply for a new job for a variety of reasons. Sometimes we just want to earn more money, or change our routine, mostly no pramotion avilable in this company. And the staff are not clearly to talk. see new places. More often than not, however, there is something we dislike about our present place of work. It can be something minor, but it can also be something big, the main reason why we consider leaving our present employer.
