A very good place to work for women. Supportive work environment with good package. Sometimes it is difficult to balance work life with family life for a lady.

There is no Job security, main concern is that old management which does not care about market situation, market visit is rarely happens by management. They are dependent on only old employees, do not take consideration of new employees which will help to organization.

Its policies and work culture is key to reach out its vision and also enhance growth and development of its employees and stakeholders which is important for development of an organisation.

1. Feedback from lower to top is channelized through immediate higher ups which is mostly either not reach properly or reached out with coloured by immediate higher ups. 2. Audit work sometimes biased. 3. Precise work profile disturbed sometimes by unnecessary and unethical interference of immediate higher ups. 4. Confidentiality in terms of employees many of a time doesn't maintain by immediate higher ups. 5. Behavioral attitude of immediate higher ups needs a change in positive direction to enhance a positive ambient environmen, here need to learn good/proper behaviour.
