Work life balance good but salary not good. Trainee given 1.8 lakh pa. But inhand 10000 only lot duduction from ctc. And then 7 to 8 % increment per year. When ctc 3.6 then inhand salary 23k

Wrost compony manager and seniors... company is ok but environment is not surviveable .to much harassment by assistant manager and not any one take action all manager in chain .all officer same condition but not any one take action.i am not suggesting this compony for work and survive .grow carrier in another compony and update ur future .

Assistant manager ,manager and senior engineer to much tocher and harrasment.working environment is to much bad . I am suggesting any instrumentation engineer please don't go in this compony.

Politics driven from top management, high attrition rate, Baddest ever HR Policies, No work culture, ethics, you are not secured with your job. Caution note for all job seeker: Please don't join Apcotex as you shall be in trouble with your job because of poor administration.

The industries is great and they have a lovely atmosphere, new product coming and new plants also established, new things to learn every day.

Dislikes

They don’t confirm new engineers, they don’t give increment to hardworking people ( only those who are known to higher ups.

Management fail to balance between union and management, No one understands ur need or no care about u. Thay think ur sl###s, No job security at all Senior and executive do harrassment with junior or new join people.
