Dirty politics by some senior management people due to insecurity taking benefit of position. Includes racism with recruiting incompetent staff from their community. No recognition of hard working people.

Work-Life Balance was bad. No compensation for over time.No external training /seminar is organized for lower/medium level employee.

Promotions and salary hike is average! You get only 2k for promotion which is sub-standard. Industry offers additional 8-12%hike on promotion!!! No tax saving intiative for middle management. All perks only for GM and above! No team outing for last 4 years! No recognitions for your efforts. No plans for training! Only HR people receives promotion abd all trainings. Health insurance premiums are also quite expensive than personal policy. WFH completely stopped!!! No higher education assistance or programs.
