Low hikes and Salary as compared to market standards Politics and Cannot believe there employees They will not treat all the employees equally, More pressure on one who works, More work to one who does. Cheap and lawless management. Management should understand the low level employee problems and should help them, They only believe in the managers where Managers plays more politics. No Work structure and does not follow any work models. No proper planning.

Very friendly environment to work . I love the support which was given by the seniors and manager in case of handling issues .

Appraisal is very disappointingevery year . No work life balance and 24/7 we need to work no comp offs and no extra pay for working in weekends . No time lines to work . Not using latest technologies which currently the market is adopting . Lots of pressure but nothing is useful for carrier growth . Management is very selfish and need to think in employees prospective.
