Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Fake company.. they didn't give salary and after 3 months they fired us then new recruits start then fire after 3 months with out salary. They do like this

Nothing to like cheap organization

Such a cheap company where employee gets selected and they been called for training to travel interstate and ask us if you have any relative for stay if they cannot afford then y do they run the company don't waste your precious life by joining them I have rejected the offer before it got late please think before you join any company.

Force to work even if you r sick during Covid19 with no precautions with 5000/- mnth as if now.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Company is very good but due to some people in management who doesn't allow their junior to show their creativeness to top mangement which becomes hurdle in growth with almost 2 yrs in company I have been told with in 3 mnth will get increment but it's been more then 6 mnth nothing happen
