Anutham is a Fraud company. They are doing fraud with their employees. I was hired on 25k salary, but they were giving only 7k to 12k. There is a target one can not achieve easily. If one can achieve 99% of the target (which is impossible) then one can get 15k otherwise less than that. The team leader is not supportive at all. There is no one to listen you. They will do whatever they want, even they can fired you without any prior notice. If you resign from the company or get fired you will not be able to get last month salary and experience letter. Its better to be unemployed than to be employed such company.

... leader of the company is very uncooperative. He doesn't listen to the employee. Salary never gets credited on time. It is always marked as the worst company to work in.

...eamleader is uncooperative. There is no coordination between HR and team leader. Every month there is an issue regarding salary. The salary policy is very bad.I resigned three months ago, they refused to give my last month salary and experience letter. I am still fighting. My personal advised to you, It is better to be unemployed than workings in this company.

The salary always comes over the specified time. The management is friendly and just pay for the specify target you achieve over the month. It's just night shift work but can do anytime also.

They selected me for job when I was a fresher. That was a good thing, because very few companies give chances to freshers. Their recruitment process is also smooth.

Dislikes

They do not provided me experience letter yet. I have requested to them many times. But they keep on procrastinating it. I had worked there for 4 months. They should have provided me the experience letter/certificate. It will help me in my future jobs.
