...time schedule is good. There is no OT need to be done. Shift timing is on track. Timely salary & job security. Employees are friendly in nature and always helful.

The department i'm on doesn't have that much opportunity to grow my skill or earn extra money apart from my salary :)

Free cab services within the tricity.. breakfast free meal. Comfort zone, will probably make you a thick skin.

Dislikes

The management. Less salary budget. Currently no HR since 3 months. The double deductions scheme even if you take one planned leave. Everything depends on the mood of the management. Family owned business. Nepotism. Probation can be delayed against what’s written on offer letter. If the probation delayed, means you cannot take leave even if you’re dying. Partiality may be discovered which is given, to the tenured people. If you have worked in worldwide MNC, this place is not for you. You get limited to your capabilities.

Also, you are always willing to share the knowledge and expertise with the team, you are an excellent resource of knowledge for a team and always happy to help when needed. Always brings a great and motivational work attitude. It upholds Company standard with great diversity, policies and work ethics. This is like a company that cares about its employees provide them with appropriate salaries and benefits on time, help employees to manage and secure financial needs. Other benefits are addition including - Bonuses, Parties, Fun activities, Free meals, Free Cabs Etc.
