Dislikes
The management. Less salary budget. Currently no HR since 3 months. The double deductions scheme even if you take one planned leave. Everything depends on the mood of the management. Family owned business. Nepotism. Probation can be delayed against what’s written on offer letter. If the probation delayed, means you cannot take leave even if you’re dying. Partiality may be discovered which is given, to the tenured people. If you have worked in worldwide MNC, this place is not for you. You get limited to your capabilities.
