If you are looking for a company to have a relaxed environment to work this can be fine. But when you wish to switch you will be struggling with salaries. A soft skills trainer is provided 25,000 in hand, but it my range till 35000 depending on the project. HR gives false hopes when hiring the staff. Employees are hired on contract basis deferring from 3 months to a year. And these contracts don't get renewed soon and the organization still expects work from the employees. Job security - recently the organization has lost many projects hence lay offs of massive chunks have happened. There are very little fundings in Maharashtra. Company is at a cost cutting stage. Hence promotions are not given neither are the appraisal. If the company is hiring they will offer a very minimum salary.

Everything from sarcastic, rude & unapologetic pathetic management to Devilish Cluster Heads. They don't hire you as a full time employee but they hire as a contract employee, after every 9 months you will get new contract extension paper for 3 months or 9 months. Job security is low that they can release you at any moment. It has the worst toxic work culture, managers are purely Bengali Babu's who only needs tel makha from employees, the day you raise a flag for your cluster behaviour you will either be bashed by Monitoring team or your will receive release letter from HR. Your Cluster Manager will give all of his work to his team like mobilization, enrollment, data updation, data correction, cold calling, fees updation, batch updation, batch upload, slots upload, & what not, even if it's not under your KPI but still he will pressurize you to do. My life's biggest mistake to join this company. Beware guys, if you all get offer, don't accept the offer wait for the companies if you are getting offers from any other organisation join that company

The work culture, management, managers, everything is worse. At the time of joining I wasn't aware that they hired me as a contractual basis. But that time I needed a job so I joined. In every quarter they will extend your contract until they need you. After that they will kick you out like football. They will tell you that work time is till 6pm. But till 10-11 pm you will be working or else you will be heard that our job is depends on our work. For that if you have to destroy your personal life, do that happily. Your work actually will never going to finish. Total toxic culture they are having, we have to suffer all the consequences for the battle of Higher Authorities. They are completely playing with our future. Without giving proper reason they are laying us off with 150 people approx. Those who wants to join Anudip, please beware of this trap. That so called The Great Place to Work is not at all a Great Place to Work. This livelihood project just snatching our livelihood.

1. Currently work culture went to hell. 2. Manager's are maximum are backboneless. 3. HR rule policy has no directions. 4. Trainers conditions is worst than labour. Last but not least, if you looking for a good job and expecting Anudip is a right place for you then you are fool. Anudip no longer is "Great place to work" Due to some toxic work culture and toxic worker it ruins many employees career. 😣

The entire hiring process is a scam. They will take interviews without letting you know that the job is a contract based job and you will get to know about this in offer letter. When you ask the hiring hr she will say don’t worry your contact will be extended but that is a lie a big fat lie as it is not extended and you are left hanging
