The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Nothing to be liked, No learning, no skill development, Rules are only for documents, Salary delayed by about 15-20 days, No growth, Improper Hierarchy. If you ask for more cons I can fill this page, Don't ask for Pros...

Don't even think about joining this industry, bad behaviour towards employer, no salary appraisals, No Hierarchy, ........And a Lot more

Good for learning but no HR policies.

HR policies are very poor about Employees welfare like Salary on time, extra curricular, Incentives every thing is very terrible. Job hours are much more then expected.

Tier 1 company, we can face customer audit could able to understand legal requirements for a fresher it is an good head start as HSE Engineer

1. Salary will be credited after 15 th of the month 2. We have to handle all the Bill's almost not paid for 3 to 4 months as outstanding amount 3. Not even spending amount properly on legal compliance no budgeting system if amount required need to request from delhi office no proper response from HQ 4. Most of the staff are not upto the staff category level

They pay salary next month upto 25 to 26 They don't give training for upscaling They call you on weekends to come office There's no professional personal life balance They don't provide any type of facilities Senior management is worst It's a terrible company even in our dreams
