...g out timings.. you cannot logout at sharp timings.. always extend for 2/3hrs.. No bonus.. they say's every 3 mnths you will get bonus.. but i have been working here for 1 year.. i haven't got bonus till now.. no appreciation.. whatever you give 100 percent towards your work.. they are not satisfied.. Its kinda of boring atmosphere.... nd dirty politics!!

The higher management endorses the overbearing nature of the lower management with no regards to a person's well being. The director and the lower management are really inexperienced in their relative fields and also collude with each other to supress any concerns or complaints

I have consistently worked hard and dedicated myself to my role, but unfortunately, I feel my efforts have not been recognized in terms of growth or promotion. It is disheartening to see that individuals with limited managerial skills are still advancing, while those who contribute significantly are overlooked. This highlights a need for better recognition and evaluation processes within the organization to ensure fairness and motivation for all employees.

Only Indian employees are working hard day and night Even in month end entire week analyst are working 16-18 hours per day. But, in other hand US employees are enjoying party attending different sports events even in month end weeks.
