...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Mumbai office seems ok. Interviewer was very humble and knowledgeable from its Mumbai office.

Dislikes

It’s one of director Sanjiv Banga doesn’t have talking sense as I have been called for an interview with this person. He must learn how to behave in corporate culture and learn Some manners before to call someone for interview/ Meeting.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high in sometimes i have to work 12-14 hour straight in a day as per project requirement
