Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Disappointed after 17 yrs of service at Antares.One day HR called up and asked to put paper, also informed to work for 2 months on part of Lay Off. Management rejected my request to extend the service for few months (4-6), management took the step to lay off when I hesitated to resign also blocked the Bonus, EL Reimbursement, medical insurance premium what they deducted 3 months back( why did they deducted the Ins premium if I was there in the lay off list). They spent more on relief funds to natural calamities and others.Other tricky act of management team is they inform the employee/s to put the paper before Bonus period to save their finance, If esquire with HR will get a ready made answer "people who earns 22K as basic are not eligible for Bonus. Management forgot to say "Thanks" for my 17 years of sincere service in Antares, I'm not able to control my tears now.They could have left me years back if I was so worthless

Working calture of Antares Systems s not so good. All Senior worker r play here poltics against his junior. And they supported to his references worker only. And behavior of senior worker with outsider staff r not so good.
